As part of our continuing improvement efforts both with our internal processes and ultimately, with the services and products that we provide to our customers, TTS has developed a formal Agent QA ( Quality Assurance ) process, application and program.

With our production-developed QA tools, procedures and systems, TTS continues to grow and nurture the highest level Agent talent for our many service and program offerings.

As with our other TTS-developed call center, sales and email technologies, this application is now available to our clients in turnkey, customized and web-deployed versions.
