Not only does TTS offer email management applications that rival

This is the story of our email response management applications:
In 1999, TTS was faced with the challenge of answering a large volume
of inbound customer service emails for a client that was offering
free ISP services.
National media exposure drove a huge number of inbound tech support
questions, via phone and email to TTS agents, and our IS department
was quick to develop a custom application that "intelligently"
manages large amounts of customer e-mail.
Inbound emails are categorized via deep key word and phrase searches.
Within these subgroups, TTS agents are provided with pre-populated
replies to the most commonly asked questions ( a massive time saver
) and agents can create customized outbound e-mail based on customer
feedback.
TTS has used the application to successfully manage huge spikes
of inbound email in record time, leading to more satisfied customers
and less duplicate inbound inquiries thereby reducing costly call
volume. TTS clients have found the application to be comparable
to systems like Kana, eGain, and Mustang.
The application allows customized reports to analyze trends and
data. It is a management tool, a marketing analysis tool, and a
rapid-response customer service necessity.
TTS is now making the email management software available to clients
on an outsourced basis, including implementation, maintenance, and
technical support services.
